    CWC Saturday 23 October – an invitation!

    You're invited to the next Creative Women's Circle event! It's a special one - read on for details of our two speakers!

    ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
    Saturday 23 October
    10.00am
    Level 1, Building 514, The Hub at RMIT Brunswick campus
    25 Dawson St, Brunswick
    ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

    This CWC event will focus on building confidence and communications/PR skills - essential for anyone who runs their own business (from hobby to full-time), has plans to start one, or wants to move forward in their career.

    Our first speaker will be Michelle Landy. Michelle is a highly qualified and experienced business coach, with specialist skills in emotional, leadership and personal development. She has worked with clients ranging from large corporations to small home-based business owners, and has a particular passion for helping women build their confidence and business success. For twenty years she has been helping people make positive change and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.

    As a mother of three children, she has successfully juggled a successful business career with motherhood. Michelle will share with us some of the value-based decisions she has made in her own business to ensure success in all aspects of her own life. She will teach us three things we must know about our clients, tips for boosting confidence and managing fear and show us how to start being our own coach.

    Our second speaker, Sarah Chapman, has over 10 years experience in media and communications. Starting her career as a freelance journalist, reporter and photographer, Sarah crossed over to 'the other side' – the world of PR and communications in 2003.

    After working both in-house and as a consultant for a number of Melbourne's top PR and Communications agencies, in early 2009 Sarah took the plunge and created a holistic consultancy, Tribe Katalyst, that both represents and provide communications advice and services to artists, designers and creative small business. Sarah will talk about the many facets of communications, including marketing, branding and PR and discuss how they can be used to help grow small, creative businesses.

    Come along to an inspiring morning and start planning your business success for 2011!
