You may have read on the Design Files today that a handful of Melbourne's most creative ladies (Peta PledgerEmily GreenDawn TanShara LambethLiz JonesHelen McLean, and Madeleine Stamer) are having a special Pop Up Studio Sale in the beautiful Nicholas Building in Melbourne's CBD. The three day event will have stalls selling Art, Papergoods, Housewares, Kids & Women's Clothing and Accessories. Plus, all the makers will be available for commission work and private order consultations. Score! Check out Lucy's blog for pics and more info.

Business lady extraordinaire (and former CWC speaker) Ming-Zhu Hii has teamed up with Cassie Harris to bring the world Superethique. They aim to bring great quality, passionately reviewed ethical, ecological and sustainable information to individuals who want to do the right thing, and live well at the same time. While the site has just launched this week (softly!), I trust these girls will bring us lots of great content in the months to come.

Trade-show madness has hit Melbourne town... This weekend you can partake in Life InStyle and the Reed Gift Fairs at locations around Melbourne, and visit exhibitors such as Lark, Leoni & Vonk, Able & Game and many more. And if you're in the learning mood, you can attend a number of workshops on at Reed on Sunday.
If you're in North Melbourne this month make sure to drop by Kids in Berlin and see the hand-painted shop window Michelle Mulvey and Nicole Tattersall recently installed! Very cute.
Pip Lincolne at Meet Me At Mikes announced this week that she is moving on from the bricks-and-mortar shopfront and doing more of what she does best - writing, thinking up good ideas, and being positive all the time! We wish her well :)
