For some, the upcoming super-long weekend will mean time to rest and relax from the job you love… for others it will mean uninterrupted time spent on the work that you love! Either way, why not take the time to check out these happenings from around the web this week…
Interior designer Camilla Molders (see image above) has updated her website folio .
Missed this article in The Age earlier in the month, but thanks to Sarah Chapman from Tribe Katalyst for tweeting a link to making your local cafe your office. It’s all about common sense of course (if you’re working from a cafe, order their food & drink!), but it’s nice to see some local establishments recognising this trend and helping solo workers with dedicated meeting spaces.
The Colour Kitten is a new range of colourful collage jewellery by Betty Jo. Each piece is totally unique, made from a selection of her bric-a-brac treasures. Check out her her etsy shop which has recently been updated.
Applications for the Winter Finders Keepers market in Brisbane are now open… I exhibited last year, and in addition to a great market in a lovely building, it was nice to experience a few days of very mild winter weather in the sunshine state!
